Stupid question for PSoH fans

Does the manga ever refer to the Chief by last name? Or do they just call him Chief? It's not a big deal, just wondering. ^^'

Making progress

I got almost five full pages done on chapter twelve of The Hunted today, and, IMHO, they were a good five pages... not like the crap I've been pushing out these past few weeks. Unfortunately, I had to get ready for work while things were going well.

I can blame my second job for not having as much time to write as I'd like, but the quality of the writing (or lack thereof) is entirely up to me.

Hopefully, I'll have it done before too much longer. *crosses fingers*
