Satisfying my curiosity

Okay, on July 23, 2006, I posted From Humble Beginnings to
psohdrabble.
come_love_sleep made the following comment:
An interesting thing, too--when Leon's having his dark dream, after his partner dies, every time D addresses him within the confines of the dream, he calls him by his first name.
Only then, though. Maybe once or twice in the rest of the series. But in the safety of dreams, D speaks to him intimately.
Of course, he doesn't notice.
That had gotten me thinking. How many times does D call or refer to Leon by his first name? Surely it has to be more than once or twice in the entire series outside of the two dream events?
Well, it slipped my mind as that sort of thing does, but the question reoccurred recently and has been bugging the living hell out of me. So I re-read through the series to find the answer for myself.
Volume 2 – Dragon
Leon: And stop calling me Officer. I’m not on the clock today.
D: If my memory serves, your name is Orcot.
Leon: Leon, Leon Orcot.
D: Leon…
Dentist: Oh my Count… is that your new pet?
D: Yes, actually. His name is Leon. I’m trying to tame him.
D: You and I are the ones who gave birth to that dragon. I am the father, and Leon… you’re it’s mother.
Volume 2 – Destruction (yes, this is during a dream)
(After Leon falls into the water)
D: Officer! Leon?!
Volume 5 – Day Nursery
D: Is something on your mind, Leon?
Leon: I didn’t know how to bring it up earlier but his mother… our mother… she died giving birth to Christopher.
Volume 5 – Dance
D: What on earth possessed you, Leon? Why were you drinking so much?
Volume 6 – Flowers and the Detective Part 3
Leon: No, there were these weird flute guys.
D: You drank too much, Leon.
Volume 7 – Doom (a second dream)
Leon: D! Open up!
D: Leon… do you know what time it is?
(He’s still dreaming)
D: Little brother? Leon, you told me you were an only child.
Volume 7 – Donor
D: I’ll tell here that if I see her, Chris. It will probably make her day. Leon’s comments, on the other hand, I’m going to keep to myself.
Volume 8 – Deep
D: It seems that there are exceptions to the rule. Right, Leon?
Volume 9 – Desperation
D: Leon doesn’t realize how lucky he was.
(D’s animals aren’t the only ones with claws!)
If I missed anything, let me know!
